Vintage Rupert the Bear Fabric - 110cm x 80cm

This is my favourite Rupert the Bear cotton by miles! The colours are fabulous and the traditional illustrations are true to the Alfred Bestall originals. It's by Coloroll and all the Nutwood regulars are represented - there's even some Girl Guides looking in on the scene.
There are two large scenes - one of Rupert walking a dog and the other showing Rupert and chums chatting to the Golden fish. There is a smaller image of Rupert serving tea.

This is reclaimed, screen printed cotton in fantastic condition. There are no marks or damage and the fabric is crisp with vibrant colours. The edges are neatly hemmed. The cotton is marked with the Express Newspapers mark and dated 1982.

This Rupert cotton measures 110cm across and is sold in 80cm lengths. If you order more than one length it will come as a continuous piece to a maximum length of 1.6 metres.
