Vintage Christmas Tin by Elkes - Skaters

This vintage Christmas tin is from the early 1950's and was filled with Elkes biscuits. The lid has a vibrant picture of skaters in Victorian costume with crinolines swinging and lots of fur trimmed bonnets - nostalgia at it's best! The sides show more skaters and a man pushing a sleigh. Two sides have "Christmas Assorted Biscuits" printed on. The base is stamped with the words "Elkes Biscuits. Cardiff. Uttoxeter. Cardiff."

This vintage Christmas tin is in very good condition for its years. The pictures are clear and are no real dents or marks. There is some wear, as you would expect but everything is clean and free of rust or tarnishing. The lid fits well too so your Christmas treats will stay fresh.

It measures 23cm x 22cm x 5.5cm so is perfect for holding a  Christmas biscuit assortment of your own!
