1930's Christmas Decoration - Santa and Swing

This 1930's Christmas decoration features Father Christmas on a silver tinsel swing. He is handmade from wire, covered in red crepe paper and moulded into a sitting position. The face is made from, (I think), a Balsa wood and the features are hand painted with a white, wool beard and hair. He is sitting on a swing made from tinsel covered wire.

He may have lost a few glittery sparkles over the years but he's in very good condition for his age.
