Cotton Lace Turned Border - 2.4 metres - FWT

This hand turned cotton crochet border is beautifully fine. It's done in an off-white cotton and features loops, swags and star shapes with a fine mesh infill. It has never been used.

This vintage crochet has been made as a tuned square measuring 60cm along each inside edge - 2.4 metres in all. You could use it to edge a linen cloth for a beautiful throw or tablecloth, or cut into lengths for sewing profects or shelf edging. The depth is 7cms, 10cms at the corners. There are a couple of tiny foxing marks.

These trims are perfect for anyone who loves the English country cottage look plus they are a fabulous reminder of someone's hard work and creativity.

This vintage trim measures 2.7 metres in length but you could cut anywhere along its length to create shelf edging or a decorative border for any vintage sewing project. It's in excellent condition.The price is for the whole piece.
