Tintin Characters Cotton - 100cm x 30cm

This Tintin cotton has all of Herge's main characters scattered through it. Captain Haddock, Thomson & Thompson, Professor Calculus and Captain Haddock join Tintin and Snowy in a variety of scenes.

The characters average about 10cms in height and are well spaced on this design. You could cut it to use in a patchwork project or quilt or use it complete. It would make a lovely lampshade, bag, cushion...

This Tintin print is a midweight cotton with a copyright date of 1983 and was produced by Lombard (d'apres Herge). It's a reclaimed white cotton with good colours and no damage. I spotted a couple of faint, background marks but nothing serious. There is some faint pilling visible on the darker colours, but again, nothing serious. It's a rare Tintin print and hard to find these days.
