1930's Lockable Money Box - Christmas - Holidays - Rainy Days

A 1930's money box made by Burnett Ltd with fabulous illustrations on the lid and four different sections for savings. 

The Christmas section shows Father Christmas adopting modern methods of present delivery with an areoplane. There are three more sections to save for, Birthdays, Holidays and Rainy Days. The last illustrated by two children walking past another, less fortunate then them.

The condition of the lid is very good for the age of the tin with only one real scratch in the Birthday are. The handle flips up for carrying and the lid closes well and locks and unlocks with its original key.

The rest of the exterior is red with black bands, the interior is black and divided into 4 sections.

A fabulous survivor, fully working with its original key.
